Rather than a one-dimensional practice, this class works on multiple levels, supporting nervous system balance, mental clarity, and emotional release. You will be guided through a structured experience that blends stillness, reflection, and intentional focus, allowing you to step out of the noise of daily life and into a more grounded state. The approach is both accessible and layered. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, the session meets you where you are while offering depth you can grow into over time. Each class is designed not just to feel good in the moment, but to leave you with a greater sense of awareness and tools you can carry into your everyday life.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for respecting the time and care that goes into each session. As a small, bespoke practice, each booking is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations and Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session or class, you may request a one-time reschedule. Rescheduling Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time. One courtesy reschedule may be offered within the 48-hour window at discretion, depending on availability Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days. Late Arrivals and No-Shows Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Missed appointments and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
